Rosacea and eczema have several common points,  both of thme make our skin look really bad, all those who suffer from them feel ugly and unattractive, and all those who have one of them ask a familar but unaswerable question: “why me???“.

Rosace vs Eczema – the differenced:

• Rosacea occurs primarily on the face.
• Rosacea causes easy and severe blushing or flushing, hotness, redness, bumps and swelling
• Eczema is believed to be an allergic reaction that evolves into a cycle of redness, itching and more redness and itching, as the scratching and rubbing only aggravate the skin further.
• Eczema effects mainly children (40%).
• In contrast to rosacea eczema is often likely to be found on the flexor aspect of joints.
• Eczema can crop up anywhere, although common areas are in skin folds, on cheeks and on the backs of the hands, tops of the arms and front of the legs.

As you can see there are several differences in the eczema vs rosacea debate, and there are even more differences that weren’t described above. But, the main difference is the location of the disturbance (Rosacae will apear on the face while eczema will “attack” mainly the joints).
