Personally, I find meditation to be a very effective way of keeping my stress levels down. However, if you can’t deal with staying still for longer than three minutes, I suggest you at least take a break from your busy schedule once in a while.
Not everyone is privileged enough to jet off for a week’s worth of vacation, but you can get your butt off the computer chair and spend a few minutes outside for a bit of fresh air.
Consult your doctor.
However, it is also highly important that you consult your doctor. If your chest pain stems from stress, your doctor might advise you to take certain remedies or make specific changes in your daily activities to help keep the pain at bay.
Chest pain is usually caused by stress; it doesn’t necessarily equate to a heart attack. However, don’t take your condition too lightly. It is always wise to consult a doctor about your discomfort and have him or her make a more accurate diagnosis.
