The premature ejaculation medication currently on the market offers you a wide variety of possible solutions to PE, but none of them are too promising. I’ve tested most of these products, and from my personal experience, I’ve only found one real cure to PE.

There’s a myriad of options out there, but most of these marketers are only looking out for their wallets. They’ll try to distract you with unproven, miracle methods that promise to instantly cure you without doing anything.

Lucky for you, I’ve sifted through all of the garbage methods to bring you the ones that kind of work (with their drawbacks) and the one, single method that cured my PE forever, found at the end:

1. The cream/lotion: this stuff works well for only a few people; for everyone else, you’ll get okay results. The stuff likes to rub off and desensitize your partner, so it may end up leading to more problems. Or you may become way too numb and then you either won’t be able to ejaculate or you’ll end up going soft.

2. The spray: very similar to the cream/lotion, except in a bottle. I’ve heard of people developing burning rashes from this; not to mention spraying something on your penis before sex isn’t very inconspicuous as applying a lotion.

3. Desensitizing condom: this is the better version of the previous two, but I’ve found with these, I lose pretty much all stimulation and just go soft.

4. Any herbal remedies or pills: none of these work; don’t even both with them. There is one drug that hasn’t been approved by the FDA yet called dapoxetine, that used to be used to treat depression, but now it may turn into a treatment for PE.
