This article is about “Kidney ache with sugar”, you can find here a huge variety of articles about “Kidney ache with sugar”:

While there are many causes of low back pain, one of the more common scenarios is pain that actually has a root cause of kidney stress. This type of back pain is characterized by severe stiffness, especially first thing in the morning. There may be sharp pains that usually occur bending forward and/or twisting. Any type of movement is slow and guarded because of the stiffness and the anticipation of the sharp, stabbing pain.

How does this happen? When the kidneys become stressed, they may ache on their own. Also, when the organs are stressed, it has an affect on the nerve that innervates them. Nerves are two way streets. They may be affected at the spinal level, or the may be affected peripherally at their target point. The old model of everything originating at the spinal level only is like saying you can call someone on your phone but they can’t call you. When the nerve becomes irritated, the muscles that are supplied by that nerve contract or spasm. In the case of the kidneys, it usually is the quadratus lumborum muscles. They attach at the bottom of the ribs and the top of the iliac crest. It is common for the pain to arise from these attachment areas. To treat successfully this type of back pain, the nerve irritation must be dissipated and to do that the kidney stress must be dealt with.

What stresses the kidneys? The following is a non-inclusive list of common stressors.

1.	Diet-milk is one of the biggest offenders and must be avoided.

2.	Dehydration-the kidney require adequate water for optimal functioning.

3.	Allergies-when the pollen count is highest, I see more of this type of back pain. Undigested pollens (or anything else), are molecules that can be too big for the kidneys to handle and it stresses them to try.

4.	Nutritional-the kidneys have nutritional requirements that keep them healthy. Some are vitamins A, D and B-1, amino acids, and essential fatty acids. Some helpful herbs are mullein, parsley, and alfalfa. Spinach, asparagus, mung and aduki beans are good foods.

5. Digestive incompetencies-anything not digested has the potential to stress the kidneys. Undigested sugar is a common offender. The answer is appropriate digestive enzymes and dietary modifications.

Structural corrections focusing on calming down the muscles in spasm and utilizing magnesium can be helpful. Cold laser treatments over the kidneys and on specific acupuncture points as well as adjustments at the second lumbar vertebrae are beneficial. Heat should be employed and iced drinks and cold avoided. This approach will progressively and predictably improve the status of the sufferer each day. To not address the kidney component of this painful condition is to doom the patient to perhaps a minimum of two or three weeks (or longer) of additional pain.

This article is about “Dark kidney stones”, you can find here a huge variety of articles about “Dark kidney stones”:

There are different types of kidney stones which can be produced in the body. The most common is composed of calcium and oxalate crystals and accounts for 80% of all kidney stones. The scientific name for elevated levels of oxalates in the urine is called Hyperoxaluria and is considered one of the most important pre-cursers for the formation of stones. The key to the prevention and treatment of calcium oxalate stones is to reduce the amount of oxalates in the urine and to implement effective modalities to lower these concentrations. Oxalate concentrations compared to calcium concentrations are much more important in the formation of stones. When the amounts of oxalates in the urine are lower the chances of forming stones will also be much less. If kidney stones are already present, lowering oxalate consumption in combination with a natural herbal remedy can be essential in successfully eliminating and preventing stones.

There have been two schools of thought on how dietary calcium relates to kidney stones. Most physicians suggested restriction of calcium supplements and a limit on the consumption of high calcium foods to treat and stones. New scientific research has challenged this traditional approach and has shown that the mineral calcium is essential to help bind oxalates in the digestive system, which inhibits the absorption of oxalates into the blood stream. This binding ability of calcium is necessary to control the amount of oxalates that are present in the urine. Research has also shown that a restricted calcium diet could actually contribute to the development of kidney stones due to the increased absorption of unbound oxalates into the bloodstream.

-	Limit oxalate consumption

Oxalates are naturally occurring in most foods and can also be produced within the body. There are many foods that naturally contain large amounts of oxalates and limiting the amount of these foods may help control concentrations of oxalates. Mega doses of Vitamin C can increase endogenous oxalate production and should be limited as it may contribute to increased oxalate levels in the urine. To be successful in lowering the concentration of oxalates in the urine the daily intake of oxalates must be less than 80Mg. Below are some very high oxalate foods, which should be avoided when trying to eliminate and prevent calcium oxalate kidney stones.

-	Rhubarb

-	Beans

-	Tahini

-	Black tea

-	Almonds

-	Spinach

-	Wheat Bran

-	Chocolate

-	Caffeine

-	Sesame Seeds

-	Miso

-	Drink more water

Drinking enough water each day will help to dilute the urine and is the most important step to lower oxalate levels. Drinking enough water to stay hydrated is not only the most effective modality but also the most overlooked. A good indicator of the proper intake of water is the color and smell of the urine. Urine should be clear with only a mild odor. Dark viscous yellow urine could be a sign of concentrated urine and may increase the risk for developing kidney stones. (If taking vitamins this could alter the appearance of the urine.) Water consumption should be at least 10-12 glasses of pure water daily. People living in hot and excessively dry climates need to consume more water to maintain adequate urine output and low oxalate concentrations. It is also very important to drink more water during exercising to stay well hydrated. Purified or distilled water are the best choice. Drinking water with a slice of lemon may also be beneficial due to lemons ability to change the ph of the urine and also supplies dietary citrate, which is a natural kidney stone inhibitor.

-	Herbal Remedies

Herbs have been used for thousands of years for the successful treatment of kidney stones. Using an herbal remedy as a primary or adjunctive treatment can be highly effective in passing and preventing kidney stones. Herbs can help dilute urine concentrations of oxalates and help cleanse the urinary system. In addition, an herbal dissolver will help break down larger stones so they can pass effortlessly, painlessly and most important safely. An herbal remedy needs to possess five very important things to be successful.

-	Break down and disintegrate kidney stones to microscopic sizes to allow for proper elimination by the urinary system.

-	Flush out disintegrated particles safely and make sure the urinary system is free from gravel.

-	Relieve pain.

-	Prevent future kidney stones from forming.

-	Testimonies that the product works and a product guarantee.

-	Overview

Kidney stones can be prevented and eliminated by following three basic steps:

-	Lower urinary oxalate levels by following a low oxalate diet.

-	Drink more water.

-	Herbal Product to dissolve existing stones and prevent future kidney stones from forming.

This article is about “Oxadate foods”, we hope to bring more articles about “Oxadate foods” in the near future:

Kidney stones, an exceedingly painful urologic condition, have plagued humanity for thousands of years. In fact, scientists have uncovered proof of a kidney stone, in the remains of a 7000 year old mummy.

Currently, there are roughly 3,000,000 people needing medical intervention yearly. On top of that, there are an extra 500,000 requiring a trip to the emergency room.

Fortunately, most stones will pass out of the body within a brief period of time by drinking plenty of fluids.

What Causes Kidney Stones

Often, doctors don’t know what causes them to form.

First of all, they are typically characterized by the proliferation of calcium, or different types of crystals, in the urinary tract.

In time, the stone will have to pass from the kidneys to the bladder, via the ureter.

In addition, certain foods may advance the development of stones in persons that are susceptible, so you should steer clear of spicy foods until the stones have passed.

Further, it is estimated that 90% of all stones are created from calcium deposits.

In most people, calcium, or other crystals, are eliminated from the body through the urine. It is only when levels of these minerals become too great, that crystals are formed.

Also, individuals with a family history of stones may be more prone to develop them.

Fortunately, there are some home remedies worth considering. Here’s a list of 7 of them you can employ, to help you prevent or pass them:

1. Drink water – By drinking extra water, you augment the amount of urine produced. Subsequently, this helps to reduce the assorted stone-forming components that make up a stone.

2. Take enough magnesium – Foods rich in magnesium have been found to be useful in preventing the formation of stones.

To be sure, magnesium functions to decrease the levels of oxadate minerals in urine. Oxadate is one of the principal components of kidney stones.

3. Stop taking vitamin C. – By taking 3 to 4 grams of vitamin C each day, you can add to the production of oxalate, putting you at a higher probability of developing stones.

4. Limit your intake of vitamin D. – High amounts of this vitamin can lead to increased calcium output, which can make possible the formation of stones.

5. Watch your antacid intake. – Specific over-the-counter antacids frequently are loaded with high amounts of calcium.

What is more, if you’ve ever had a calcium-based stone, and are presently taking an antacid, make sure it doesn’t contain calcium.

6. Detoxify your body. – A three-day fast drinking only vegetable juice will help to promote the passing of a stone. The most suitable juices are those made from carrots, celery, green vegetables, lemons and watermelon.

7. Take dandelion root. – Dandelion root is a potent kidney cleanser. Take 250 to 500 mg. of dandelion root, twice a day.

Use caution, you shouldn’t take this for longer than one month at a time.

In conclusion, kidney stones can be an extremely distressing problem.

Most likely, you will be one of the 85% of people who pass their stones naturally within the first 4 days.

For the rest of you, I hope that the above-mentioned remedies can help to prevent, or break down these stones.

Just remember, that, ahem, All ‘Kidney Stones’ Must Pass. (Matthew the Disciple and George Harrison, please forgive me)

This article is about “Diana Salinas kidney”, we hope to bring more articles about “Diana Salinas kidney” in the near future:

Imagine that you are a mother and you just gave birth. You can make a very important decision that can affect the lives and health of many people. The placenta (afterbirth) that was the uterine home of your living, loving newborn is no longer needed by your baby. However, the stem cells it contains are valuable to people who are receiving placental stem cell treatments.

These life-giving cells can be used to treat a variety of conditions and diseases such as ALS, cancer, cerebral palsy, dermatomyositis, diabetes, gangrene, hepatitis C, HIV, immune deficiency, multiple sclerosis, migraines, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s, retinitis pigmentosa, rheumatoid arthritis, spina bifida, and stroke. But, that’s only if you travel outside the US.

While US researchers and politicians debate the potential of stem cells, over 2,000 patients from the US and around the world have actually been treated and many healed with non-controversial placental stem cells. Thanks to International Stem Cell Institute (ISCI), there’s no need to wait until the FDA approves legislation to receive stem cell therapy. If you are willing to travel, stem cell treatment using non-controversial stem cells from placenta is already available in Mexico.

A 51-year-old Houston woman named Diana Salinas was 32 when she had a kidney biopsy that returned a diagnosis of Nephrotic Syndrome (Glomerulonephrytis Proliferating Type II). This condition causes severe protein loss through the urine. Diana was losing up to 7,000 mgs of protein during a 24-hour period and was very sick. Her nephrologists expected that she would be in dialysis and/or have a kidney transplant within four to five years. She had edema all over her body including her lungs and had been taking 100 mgs of steroids for several years before she decided to try stem cell therapy.

In 1992, Diana came to ISCI in Mexico and had her first human placenta stem cell treatment. The 40-minute procedure requires a small incision to be made in various locations on the body and tissue is placed underneath the skin and closed with a suture. There are billions of stem cells in the tissue that go to work replacing damaged cells throughout the body. Within three months, Diana reported a decline in her urine protein levels. Her US doctors were amazed when her blood tests showed that her kidney function was normal and told her to keep doing whatever she was doing. She continues to have one treatment per year to keep the disease in check. Today, her protein level is 85 mgs in a 24-hour period (normal range is up to 150 mgs) without edema or the use of steroids.

Stem cells are the foundation of normal growth and development of any organism and serve as a biological repair system for the body. When a stem cell divides, each new cell has the potential to either remain a stem cell or become another type of cell with a more specialized function such as a muscle cell, a red blood cell, a nerve cell, or a heart cell. Some research has indicated that placenta stem cells are multipotent which may explain the effectiveness of this treatment.

The placenta tissue, also known as afterbirth, comes from a hospital in Mexico. Once considered medical garbage, this tissue is now being harvested with mothers’ consent after delivering full-term, live, healthy babies. Since this tissue is taken after the baby is born, the fetus or embryo is in no way harmed by the collection of this leftover tissue. Once the placenta is harvested, extensive testing is performed by an independent lab to ensure the tissue is free of viruses. A certified laboratory performs tissue testing that exceeds the strict standards required by international law.

Since stem cells derived from placenta are not capable of inducing a specific immune response, rejection of the stem cells is impossible. The placenta tissue is recognized and accepted by all patients and does not have to be typed; however, customized and strategic placement of the tissue is used to target specific conditions for each patient.

About ISCI: International Stem Cell Institute was launched in April 2008 as a result of 17 years of stem cell treatment experience. ISCI assists with patient education, pre- and post-treatment support, travel logistics, and financial matters regarding treatment. The company is managed by Rita Alexander, a businesswoman with a desire to bring stem cell treatment to those who are suffering with a condition that has not responded to traditional medicine. Rita’s passion for this treatment comes from her own experience when she found her way back to a healthy life after being brought to her knees by a very humbling illness.

If you would like more information about ISCI or want to arrange a consultation or schedule an appointment, please contact the executive director Rita Alexander at 770-231-3500 or visit http://www.iStemCelli.com
